Liz – it wasn’t for any reason in particular – I was given the rose after taking part in a local play, and it was just so perfectly gorgeous that I wanted to capture it, hence an impromptu photoshoot.

Sara – yes, I do have Photoshop…I edited the bench photo, but the first four are unedited. The selective color b&w was done in Picasa, which is a great photo organizer and also nice for quick adjustments.
